Your journey with us begins with a personalised  consultation and and a nutrition based 'Balance' blood test. This test measures your omega 6:3 Ratio, which plays a crucial role in managing inflammation, skin health and overall well-being.

Using just a small blood sample from a finger prick, the test is sent to a world-renowned laboratory called VITAS where we gain valuable insight into your bodies fatty acid profile. 

Essential Fatty Acids (EFA's) like omega-3 and Omega 6 are vital for every cell in your body, but your body can't produce them - you need them from your diet. EFA's are crucial for maintaining healthy skin, supporting brain function and balancing inflammation. Most people consume too much omega 6 (found in a lot of processed food), without balancing with omega 3. 

Omega 6 is a pro-inflammatory fat, whilst omega-3 is anti-inflammatory, so this imbalance can lead to chronic inflammation, which is often the underlying cause of skin conditions like acne, eczema, rosacea and psoriasis...even aging! 

Inflammation is your bodies natural response to injury or infection, but too much can be harmful. Excess omega-6 without without enough omega-3 can fuel this inflammation, leading to ongoing skin issues and other health concerns.
